Amazing strap, initial issue handled expertly by customer service

1. The strap quality is amazing. Rich color and supple material, very happy with it on my speedmaster.

2. There was an initial issue where my strap was caught in transit. I emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hours and got my new watch strap to me within 48 hours which is beyond comprehension since I live in the United States. I’m very impressed by this and will be a return customer whenever I’m looking for a new watch strap.
