This watch cube didn’t work for my wife and I but Nynke provided excellent customer service helping us to return our order and be reimbursed in a very timely manner.
Nynke is very kind, friendly, helpful and responsive. Because of her support, I will buy from B&S again.
By the way, the leather watch pouch without the metal button is excellent. We love ours. Hope to buy another when these are items are back in stock along with a new leather watch strap.
Even though we have to pay costly Swiss customs, we believe these items are still a bargain.
